Intra-sectoral development in areas with low capital concentration but with endogenous potential of high cultural and historical-landscape value, interconnected among themselves with ancient skills and quality technical resources, constitute our perimeter of reference.

The will to favor and facilitate processes of vertical integration, in sectors with high content of technological innovation and research in all areas lagging in development in the world, is expressed in the programs of sustainable growth of national and international public authorities, but also increases the interest of private financial groups.

The capacity for intelligent convergence of the dynamics mentioned above still constitutes a gap that cannot be resolved with artificial intelligence alone, while it becomes useful to implement models of smart agency capable of combining implicit investment propensities with potential productive factors, whose profitability is often not sufficiently explored.

Specific information

The design and implementation of smart agency models depend on skills and capabilities acquired over time, as well as on the most suitable and functional forms of collaboration, both at the local and territorial levels and through more established forms of financial participation, generally of a cross-border nature.

These prerogatives form the basis of every ‘Eu-Greenfinearby’ agreement, through which a specific know-how is expressed and certified. The intangible value of this know-how is commensurate with the financial contributions collected from time to time in the form of venture capital and private equity.

Current activities, dedicated to the launch and consolidation of a ‘smart agency MODEL’ (implementing the territorial distribution of Data Centers in compliance with the WORLD BANK directive), are focused on sectors whose profitability is more easily verifiable in nearby and developing areas. These sectors include sustainable and digital agriculture, the production of novel foods and nutraceutical derivatives, and the acquisition and management of prestigious historical buildings or properties with high commercial value intended for wellness tourism: including renewable energy serving the aforementioned sectors, as well as opportunities for independent investment in significant digital infrastructure projects.
